Can the One Connect box go behind the TV?
An appropriate recessed enclosure may be an option. Box size, ventilation, access and wall construction need to be assessed. Do not assume the box fits behind a flush mount.
Should I buy a different mount?
Tell us which Frame model and mount you have. Compatibility varies by model and size; check the supplied hardware before buying another mount.
Can I use Art Mode after installation?
Art Mode is a Samsung TV feature. TV setup, account requirements and artwork subscriptions are separate from wall mounting.
Can you mount a Frame TV over a fireplace?
