Booking privacy

Online booking collects the contact details, installation address, selected services and appointment needed to schedule your installation.

Never Fails uses the owner’s booking system to store your booking and assign an Oklahoma City technician. Confirmation emails use Never Fails’ name and the address contact@austinmounting.com. Appointment messages use the booking system’s notification service.

Stripe handles card details securely. The booking system stores Stripe references rather than your full card number. Your confirmation summary stays in this browser tab for up to two hours.

Google Maps and review links use Google’s services. Hosting may keep routine request logs. Detailed policies will be completed before the final domain launch.
